I recently needed some dry rot repaired on my
townhouse. I carefully screened and vetted companies
until I found three that seemed to be decent – both from
online reviews and having all the proper licensing and
insurance, etc. showing on the state of CA CLB website.
So, of this select group of three, I had them each give me
bids. San Miguel came in lowest AND could do it very
quickly (which was required by my HOA). So I went with
them. I couldn’t be happier with San Miguel Termite &
Construction. They did top notch work, from what I can
tell, did it quickly, and under time and on budget. I tried
to give the employee (Tony, I think) doing the work a tip
at the end, but he said the company policy was not to
accept tips. He said the owner, Frank, paid them well, and
provided benefits, so there was no need for a tip. The
fact that the company takes care of its employees also
made me happy I had selected them for the job. There
was a small misunderstanding in the beginning (before
work started), but the owner Frank called me and totally
took care of the problem. I was very impressed with him.
He cares about his customers and doing right by them. I
fully intend to use San Miguel for all future termite-
related issues I encounter in the future, and as well, will
be highly recommending them to any acquaintances as
appropriate. Thanks Frank, Tony, and everyone else at
San Miguel. I certainly appreciate the excellent service
you offer the community and the way you operate the
